Deliveries within Australia

Standard Delivery in Australia: Our standard shipping process takes up to 8 business days once the order is dispatched from our warehouse across mainland Australia, depending on the delivery location. Specific delivery dates are not guaranteed, and orders may be left in a secure spot at the delivery address.

Express Delivery in Australia: For express shipping, expect your order within 1-4 business days after dispatch from our warehouse.

Customised products can extend the delivery time for any order, irrespective of the chosen shipping method. The checkout process will provide an estimated delivery timeline.

The delivery carrier will be chosen based on the order's weight, size, value, and the delivery address, ensuring the most appropriate method is used.

Deliveries are not assured on weekends or public holidays.

Customs and Duties

All orders are dispatched from Australia and might incur duties and other fees when entering other nations. The recipient is responsible for these charges, as we cannot predict or cover these costs.

Customs thresholds and rates vary widely across countries and items, and our carrier will reach out for payment arrangement if there are additional fees at the time of delivery.

Availability and Shipping of Products: If your order contains items with different availability times, we will dispatch the order once all items are ready to ship.

 

Returns & Refund Policy

Ripple Refund Policy

We at Rippl want to make sure that you are satisfied with our products. Our return policy allows for returns within 30 days of your purchase. Unfortunately, if it has been more than 30 days since your purchase, we won't be able to offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that the item is unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It should also be in its original packaging. To complete your return, we kindly ask for a receipt or proof of purchase.

EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS 

If the item you received is defective or damaged, we are more than happy to assist you with an exchange or refund. Simply send us an email at hello@mammothbrands.com.au to let us know. Please specify your order number (you can find it in your order confirmation email) and tell us what the problem is so we can improve our services.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will get back to you via email to confirm its receipt. You will also be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, we will process it and the credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment or credit card within 14 days. Alternatively, if applicable, a replacement item will be sent.

For returns, we will provide you with a return shipping address label. Unless there has been a prior agreement, please know that you will be responsible for covering the non-refundable shipping costs. In the case of a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.

We ask for your understanding as the delivery time for exchanged products may vary depending on your location.
