What's in tap water

Tap water meets safety standards. That doesn't mean it's clean.

01

Chlorine

Added at the treatment plant. Still in your glass.

02

PFAS

Forever chemicals. Carbon filters don't remove them.

03

Heavy metals

From old pipes. No taste, no smell.

04

Bacteria

Within limits isn't zero.

You can't taste any of them. That's the problem.

How it works

Independently tested. Not just claimed.

In plain terms: the chlorine goes, the forever chemicals go, the lead goes, the germs go. The good minerals stay.

Questions

Good to know.

Is Rippl Nano a filter, a dispenser, or something else?

All three. It filters tap water with nano filtration and UV, then dispenses it cold, ambient, hot, or extra hot. It replaces your filter, your kettle and your bottled water habit in one machine on the bench.

How is it different to reverse osmosis?

Reverse osmosis strips everything, including the calcium and magnesium your body needs. Rippl Nano removes contaminants and lets minerals through. It also needs no plumbing and produces no wastewater.

How fast is hot and cold water?

Hot water in 3 seconds. Cold water is kept at 6°C in an internal tank, so it's ready instantly once the unit has chilled after first setup.

Is the hot water kettle-hot?

Up to 100°C on demand. Water is heated only when you press the button, which is more hygienic and more efficient than a standing tank. For tea and coffee we recommend 85°C.

How often do I replace the filter, and what does it cost?

Every 2 to 3 months or 200 litres. The screen tells you when. Filters are $59.99, or subscribe so they arrive automatically.

How does the subscription work?

Buy the unit for $599 with your first filter included and a welcome kit. A $59.99 filter is delivered every two months with free shipping. Cancel anytime.

What if something goes wrong?

Rippl Nano is covered by a 12-month warranty. Email our Australian support team at hello@ripplwater.com.au and we'll sort it.

What is the money-back guarantee?

Try it for 30 days. If you're not satisfied, email us within 30 days of purchase and return the unit in original condition for a full refund of the purchase price. Return postage is covered by the customer.
